Damaged or defective orders

Right of cancellation

If your order includes multiple items and we cannot deliver them all at once, the cancellation period starts when you or another person designated by you physically receives the last item.

Partial Cancellation

For example, if you bought a Kokeshi Doll and a Vase, you can choose to keep the Kokeshi Doll and return the Vase.
