CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receive(s) the last item (14 days for sale items). If your order includes multiple items and we cannot deliver them all at once, the cancellation period starts when you or another person designated by you physically receives the last item.
Partial Cancellation
Typically, the right to cancel applies only if you return the entire purchase. However, we offer the option for partial returns. For example, if you bought a Kokeshi Doll and a Vase, you can choose to keep the Kokeshi Doll and return the Vase. The cancellation procedure and terms remain the same, but in the case of partial cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To cancel your order, please inform us via email at:
Email: laura@bondimanche.store
You cannot exercise your right to cancel by simply refusing delivery or failing to collect the goods without notifying us of your intention to return them. If you do this, we will promptly acknowledge your cancellation via email. Your cancellation is considered valid if you notify us before the deadline.
Return of Goods and Return Costs
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to:
Bon Dimanche
Rue Jean Robie 53
1060 Brussels

Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the return postage and any associated expenses, including secure packaging. If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred costs from the refund. Note that some carriers impose fines for uncollected packages.
When returning items, ensure they are securely packaged. You assume responsibility for the goods upon delivery. We recommend using a track and trace service for your shipment.
Refund Policy
For full cancellations, we will refund your payment excluding standard shipping charges (return costs are also excluded). For partial cancellations, shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of return.
